‘Wonder Woman’ Footage Was Revealed For The 2017 Film
ACTUAL “Wonder Woman” footage for the 2017 film has been revealed!
While many were expecting something along the lines of a behind the scenes look, we were surprised (as was Kevin Smith) when actual footage from the 2017 film was revealed. The CW gave us the exclusive first look as well as a short synopsis and a bit of added commentary from Chris Pine. Take a look at the clip below.
There have been many doubters when it comes to Gal Gadot taking on the role of this Amazonian superheroine. Not due to her acting but mostly because of her physique being rather slender when acquiring the part. With her frame, many wondered how accepting fans would be when she was going toe-to-toe with Batman or Superman. But while we have yet to see Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, we all can see that she has put on some muscle and definitely kicks some ass in the trailers.
On to the “Wonder Woman” film, it sounds like it will be a “coming of age” story set in a different time period than “Batman V Superman.” This we already knew from various interviews, but to see things play out in the clip above is very intriguing. Not only is she someone misplaced in our world but she’s also a character that is misplaced throughout time.
Hiding her identity, familiarizing herself with our world, and her overall development into the heroine we know should make for a great story. I am very excited to see what unfolds in the future for this upcoming “Wonder Woman” film and the more I see, the more faith I have in Gal Gadot taking on the role.
