SDCC Batman V Superman Trailer is AWESOME!
This “Batman V Superman” trailer gives you everything…hopefully not too much!
When it comes to this year’s San Diego Comic Con (SDCC), the news has been a bit lackluster without the appearance of Marvel. While we’ve seen a few bits of Star Wars news, it is the DC news we’ve been waiting for. Well the wait has paid off because this latest Batman V Superman trailer is AMAZING!
While some of us may be a bit sick of too much being revealed in trailers, this trailer has revealed quite a bit. We now get the reasoning for the battle between Batman and Superman and it honestly makes sense. Bruce Wayne is angry at the destruction caused by Superman’s battle with Zod and it seems as though the rest of the world may share his opinion.
I think that the battle between the two is quite amazing but at the same time I’m disappointed that they’re killing the surprise so early. I hope that we get less revealed for “Batman V Superman” than we did for Avengers: Age of Ultron because I feel as though that dampened the experience for me. There’s so much in this trailer! We see the epic battles, the climactic events leading to those battles, and even get to see Wonder Woman throw a few punches.
I admit that this trailer has me very excited for the film but I think it needs to stop here. Save a few surprises for the audience so DC can truly distinguish itself from Marvel. Outside of my objections, I think that we may have a very enjoyable film on our hands and I think that Zack Snyder may surprise us all.
I watched the trailer earlier today. I wasn’t excited for this movie before, and this hasn’t changed anything. It just doesn’t look like its going to be any fun. And what in the world was that about Superman “Not owing the world a thing”? Was that supposed to be his mother saying that?
