Batman v Superman set photos prove citizens hate Superman

Does the public HATE Superman in the upcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” film?

Based on a few Tweets sent out by Tim Reinman showing the latest “Batman v Superman” candid set photos, we may have a different story from the universally loved Superman we know. In the photos attached to the Tweets, we can make out a protest being held with the subject of the protest being Superman himself.

Batman V Superman Protest

Thanks for the “Help”

If you look at the closeup of the Tweet image above you can make out a few things. The one sign in particular with the text “Thanks for the ‘Help'” followed by a drawing of flames insinuates that the aftermath of the destruction of Metropolis from “Man of Steel” may have been more controversial than we thought. Many fans of the film complained that the destruction was a little too much for their tastes and it seems that Zack Snyder may have wanted to address the fans’ dismay by including that mentality in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.”

Batman V Superman Protest

Crowd burning a Superman figure?!?!

If the sign wasn’t apparent enough, then the burning Superman figure in the middle of the protest circle should make the protesters’ motives apparent. They blame Superman and feel threatened rather than safe.

The entire premise of the feud between Batman and Superman may be incited by the feelings of Earth’s citizens. Batman may feel the same as the public does or they may have just made him aware of the potential threat that Superman could be. It wouldn’t be the first time that Batman had created a contingency plan in case heroes became threats so I would say that it is very likely that Batman could be executing one of those plans to keep Superman at bay.

What do you think this means for “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice?”
