Possible ‘Gilmore Girls’ New Set Photos Hint at Netflix Revival

New photos surface leading to a possible “Gilmore Girls” revival.

Back in October there was speculation regarding a “Gilmore Girls” revival on Netflix. Those rumors were taken with a grain of salt but more recently a Twitter user touring the Warner Bros. set posted some photos on her account that may have made this rumor seem more like a reality. Take a look at the photos taken below.

Many iconic venues from the show have been given a revitalized look. In the photos above we see Miss Patty’s dance studio with a new coat of paint and possibly one of two other locations which could be either Luke’s Diner or Taylor Doose’s Old Fashioned Soda Shoppe. Another photo shows a sign that hints at the return of Mrs. Kim’s antique shop.

If these photos prove the series revival to be true then the details provided by the October 2015 news could be true as well. TVLine’s Michael Ausiello claims that the episodes will take place over the course of one year and each episode will occur during a different season. He also claimed that much of the show’s cast will return along with the creators Amy Sherman-Palladino and Dan Palladino.

Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Scott Patterson, and Kelly Bishop are all said to have started to renegotiate their return to the series. Unfortunately Liza Weil (Paris Geller) has not confirmed her involvement.

What are your thoughts on a “Gilmore Girls” revival? Do you think this is a worthy show for Netflix’s lineup?
