Entertainment Weekly revealed 12 new images for the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens film. In their latest issue we get to see a few more things revealed about the highly anticipated “Star Wars” film. In the gallery below, we get to see more of the film’s stars Daisy Ridley (Rey) and John Boyega (Finn) as well as some villainous reveals like Domhnall Gleeson’s General Hux. Take a look at the gallery below.

I have to say that the photo of Domhnall Gleeson’s character General Hux is the most intriguing to me. That photo was shown for only a brief moment at San Diego Comic Con and being able to get more than a glimpse truly makes a difference. Usually Gleeson plays a more timid and innocent character but he doesn’t even look like himself in this photo. He looks quite menacing and his look gives a darker tone to this new “First Order” threat in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” The image below gives a new perspective of “The First Order” from a more recent TV clip.

As for the rest of the photos, they seem more supplemental rather than revealing which is a good thing in my opinion. I like the mystery and allure of this new film and I hope that the media continues with this trend. It builds both excitement and anticipation by not revealing too much. We know about many of the characters already but too see shots such as these, it just makes you want to know more. I’m excited for Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), and…well I’m just excited for the film in general.
