Daniel Radcliffe Gets Racist in ‘Imperium’ Trailer

Daniel Radcliffe goes undercover as a white supremacist in the trailer for “Imperium.”

“Imperium” stars Daniel Radcliffe in a very controversial and adult role. Acting undercover, Radcliffe’s character intends to infiltrate a group of skinheads by blending in and becoming one of their own. Toni Collette (“Little Miss Sunshine”) stars alongside Radcliffe in more of a personality advisory role to prepare him for what he’s about to do. Things of course get very out of control and uncomfortable for Radcliffe’s character. Take a look at the trailer below.

While widely known for his kid-friendly, starring role in the “Harry Potter” franchise, Daniel Radcliffe has been expanding his acting credits to more unconventional roles. With his latest film “Swiss Army Man” and previous films like “Horns,” Radfcliffe is definitely trying to prove that he is more than just a child star. With “Imperium” he may be taken even more seriously given the touchy subject matter.

“Imperium” looks very interesting, especially with Daniel Radcliffe attached to the film. This trailer has definitely piqued my interest to see how Radcliffe will do in such a taboo adult role.

What do you think of the trailer for “Imperium?”
