We finally get to see the reason that puts Captain America and Iron Man at war. It may be inspired by the comics but Bucky aka The Winter Soldier is the catalyst that gets this entire thing started. I honestly like this scenario when it comes to being adapted for film. It makes sense that Captain America would risk everything for his friend and it is a smooth transition from “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” which showed much of the same relationship building between him and Bucky.

In addition to the story, we see a slew of characters pitted against one another and the introduction of some new characters such as the highly anticipated Black Panther. From what we can see, the Black Panther should work well into this more practically choreographed universe that “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” has already set up for us. I would expect more hand-to-hand combat and more intimate moments of combat rather than the massive destruction we’ve seen in the Avengers: Age of Ultron movie.

Overall, I think we should be more excited for this film than we were for “Age of Ultron.” The last Captain America film proved to be a staple in Marvel cinema and I would expect this one to follow suit.

  • Looks like a much different storyline than the comic, which is a good thing since the comic is crap. Its still not adding up for me though. These heroes are going to go after Captain America because his fiend was brainwashed and made to do horrible things? I don't know.
