“Harry Potter And The Cursed Child” hasn’t been enjoying quite the amount of acclaim that the rest of the series has gotten. But the stage play has nevertheless proven to be a big hit in London since it’s premiere last summer. So it probably won’t come as a huge surprise to Potter fans that plans are now being made to bring the show over to Broadway with the hopes of opening in Spring 2018.

The year is 1926 and Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical, "fantastic beasts." Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident…were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.

“Imperium” stars Daniel Radcliffe in a very controversial and adult role. Acting undercover, Radcliffe’s character intends to infiltrate a group of skinheads by blending in and becoming one of their own. Toni Collette (“Little Miss Sunshine”) stars alongside Radcliffe in more of a personality advisory role to prepare him for what he’s about to do. Things of course get very out of control and uncomfortable for Radcliffe’s character. Take a look at the trailer below.

As I was hanging a few things on the walls of my new apartment, I finally started to hang up the movie posters that haven’t been on a wall since my undergrad days. The two that struck me in particular made me reflect on why I was hanging movie posters on my wall in the first place. Why do I do it? I didn’t make these movies and wasn’t a part of them in anyway shape or form (except in the distribution aspect as an audience member). The movie posters don’t necessarily “keep my dreams alive” by always being a symbol of “where I want to be” eventually. I want to soar above and beyond the movie posters hanging on my wall, so why do I allow them to take up precious wall space?
