The Hobbit Battle of Five Armies Final Trailer

Get ready, this is the last preview before “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies” is released!

“The Hobbit” series has been good thus far. Of course it is not what “Lord of the Rings” was, given that “The Hobbit” series was written for a less mature audience. But for what “The Hobbit” has lacked in intricate story detail, it has made up for in stunning visuals. The trailer for “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies” showcases these stunning visuals while also hinting at a very enticing story. Take a look at the trailer below!

I’m still warming up to “The Hobbit” series. With it being a prequel, it’s difficult to find the same enjoyment that I gained from “Lord of the Rings.” We already know the fate of many characters which dampens the experience a bit and the battles don’t have the impact and suspense that existed in “Lord of the Rings.” Regardless of those minor gripes, I still think that “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies” will be the best of the series. We may not get the intensity that we were spoiled with from “Lord of the Rings” but we still get a pretty epic battle that includes characters like Gandalf and Legolas.

“The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies” is set for release on December 17, 2014. Are you excited for this final Tolkien installment?
